td-40 electric start

I was wondering if anyone knows if the international TD-40 1934-39 ever came with electric start,or if its possible to convert one?

The late (1939 tractors came with a starter ready bell housing & ring gear on the flywheel (WD9 ring gear). Used a DR#710 (TD14) starter. All you need is a starter button, cables & a battery. A generator DR#1101725 (TD14) will work. Thats whats on my TD35.

a couple of the boys at red power bb have been hiding an electric starter down by the crank pulley so no on can see it. so head over and ask them for lots of pictures.
