I am looking for a wiring diagram for wires that go from the switch to the starter on a David Brown model 990, 1974ish model. Any help with this would be great. Just replaced the starter due to it staying engaged, and now need to replace the starter swith due to this burning up.

Ritchie; That would be great if you could e-mail me that. If it cannot be e-mailed then I can provide you a fax number.

Send me your address direct to my email and I will send you a clean copy or fax as you prefer.

I won't be able to do this until next week as the manual is at my country place. I would also suggest replacement of the voltage regulator at the same time as it is buried under the dash and it's a pain to take the whole thing off. I managed to do similar electrical work without the need to remove the steering wheel or the tach drive cable.

Cheers
