Took my Case D and my new DC-3 to a pull in Newell SD this Labor Day weekend. There wasn't a whole lot of Case tractor, 2 SC's, my D and DC, and a Case 500 in my other post. Didn't do to well with the my two but had lots of fun.

Turned out I had a pull off against a JD. He went to the left side of track.

I went to the right, turned out to be the wrong choice.

Enjoyed looking at the photos. How did the guy with the Case 500 do at the tractor pull?

Not sure how the 500 did. I watched it pull and it had plenty of power before spinning out. Not sure how many tractors were in that class.

I was curious..don't they smooth the track after each pull??? At our local fair they run a triangular shaped grader up and down to level off any ruts and then pull a compactor (a 12 tired wagon loaded with dirt over the track) They do that after each entrant pulls.

Most times no. I was at a pull a couple of weeks ago and they had a blade and a packer as it was very wet to begin with. They did have a blade the last few times I pulled and kept the holes filled. I was at another club pulling and they reworked the track after each class or more if it got bad.

I enjoyed the pictures of your pull. I have two tractors that I pull, a 900 gas and a 930 Diesel that I would like to post pictures of. How do I do it?

Once I have the pictures down loaded on the computer I use a photo hosting sight like photobucket.com, once the pictures are uploaded to that sight it is very easy using the ytmag new web sight version. I use two windows so it;s very simple that way. I also pull with a 910B, thats a good puller. I only go to a few pulls a year so I take different ones to see how they do. Here are a couple of my 910 pulling.
