I bought a 720 back in June and I have never seen one of these tractors anywhere. The auctioneer says that this is a rare collectors tractor. The tractor does have a 19.9 hp Onan engine twin cylinder runs great but is this model a true find or are these tractors common out in the midwestern area because of the size it is like the early compact tractor.

Yes, there are quite a few of these here in the midwest. AC 616, 620, 720, Simplicity 4040, 9020 and Powermax are all essentially the same tractor with different HP, etc. You can find some pictures of them at simpletractors.com

I am looking for the length and size of the belts for the 60" mower deck for an allice 620. If anyone would sell manuals for tractor or attachments I would be interested. Also I have a cab and snow blower I would like to sell.

I would suggest going to Simplicity (the manufacturer of your tractor) first for your belts. Belts bought by length and width are often problematic due to one or more of the following: (1) wrong thickness (from top surface to underside), (2) wrong angle to the "v", (3) not designed to flex backward over the backside idlers used on most mower decks. Simplicity may be able to help with some parts, manuals, accessories and attachments. Other manufacturers also make the Category "0" equipment required. (Cat. 1 is too big and/or too heavy). The Woods RB5 rear blade is an example of aftermarket equipment that is nicely matched to these tractors. Check out that simpletractors.com site for helpful ideas. Have fun/be safe with your Allis!
