plow help on WD part 1

I bouhgt what the guy said was a WD PLOW.You just back in and insert the drawbar pin and a bolt on top of the drawbar.The problem is that if you lift the plow it either bends the drawbar or we took the two pins out so it the hole hitch will floot.THEN it hits the PTO.There must be somthing were missing.The drawbar is in up wright is this wrong?

sounds as if you have the plow mounted the rite way. the owners manual for the tractor and plow tells you to remove the p t o shaft when useing the mounted plow. get a owners manual for the plow so that you can get it set rite, willing to bet that it is not set rite too do a proper job of plowing.

Jim's right, you need to remove the PTO shaft, been there, done that. Also make sure that the drawbar slides freely on the hitch bail both forward and back and side to side.
