I was just wondering how hard it would be to find parts for a AC 8' pull type disc harrow? Does anybody make a large selection of aftermarket parts for them?

Most Farm stores carry the disks for some disks. If yours are not badly worn and just has a broken one, you might ba able to match them up. I once found rake teeth for a 1950 International hay rake at Runnings in New Ulm, MN. They didn't have them but they could order any rake tooth ever made (seemed like it anyway).

my cousin has a disc like that and underneath the bearing holders are kinda wore, and something like that i was wondering if you could still get, its hard to describe the part, but it holds the bearings in the disc assembly

If you mean the cast iron bearing holders are worn- best chance is to rebuild them. Can't imagine a dealer having them anymore, what you find in a salvage yard is still 40-50 years old and likely worn out. Might come up with something better by making a copycat out of steel. As far as other parts like disc blades, bearings, spacers,- plenty of parts houses, etc. that handle the generics.

I've got a catalog from Agri Supply that shows a lot of different races and bearings for disks. It does not list the disk to be used on so maybe these are somewhat standard. For instance, they sell the spools for spacing, bearing covers, bearings themselves. Maybe they have the cover you need. They have a web site - www.agri-supply.com. I've purchased hydraulic cylinders, over running clutches, trailer fenders, etc from them and been happy with their products. Go to web site and search for bearing spool or just bearing. They sell the disks in notched and un-notched in diameter from 12 to 36. The 12 are $4.

If you have the old part, you may be able to weld it. Or perhaps a new one could be made since you probably have good ones on the disk for a model.

Good luck,
