Mark, Glad to see you back on the forum. hope you are recovering well from your last health event. I think you are refering to an 1818 skid steer rather than an 1845. Those little guys were great for small spaces, and can get in and out of spots that used to require manual labor and a wheelbarrow. Just remember that when they are set narrow they can be very tippy in all directions. If you don't cowboy them, they will do a lot of work and serve your son well. They can also be transported easily on a single axle utility trailer behind a light PU. Loren
