Our local wrecking yard had parts from an M3 forklift. Had frame, transmission, final drive and undercarriage minus the tracks. I bought the entire lot and used the final drive and undercarriage for my 320 dozer. Now have a 4 roller track and the top roller on the 320. Also have the 900+ pound counterweight. I paid $500.00 for the lot and after I made all the changes, I sold the extra parts for $275.00. So had a complete like new undercarriage for $225.00
