The 1390 was usually matched to the 54L loader. I don't think the bolt pattern on the front frame will match up because the 1690 has a longer frame. You would be best to find an old Case dealer who still has the specs and see if the loader will work. Maybe Case added extra holes to the mounting kit to accomodate the 1390 and 1490. Your hydraulic capacity is the same as the 1690.
