Rod, we are going to use the 580CK and 580E and I am thinking of calling a neighbor with a zoom boom to help as well as I think a wing may be a little much for the "DC" and Duncan as for the permits I can get by if I am under 11'8" without one but if they knew how far away I loaded it they would have made me get one anyway as over 150 miles from my home I am considered commercial, outside of Lusk Wyoming we did have a Highway Patrolman follow us a few miles but he did not bother us
