The topping doesn't have a recipe, it's just something I put together to use up some extra peaches a couple years ago and everyone liked it and asked for some so now I do it when ever I can. Just peal and pit the peaches and run them through the blender to make a puree. Then put them in a pan with enough sugar to make it as sweet as you like. I usually substitute 1/4 of the sugar with honey, but if you do that you need to use 1 1/2 to 2 times the honey, so if it calls for 1 cup sugar I use 3/4 c sugar and 1/2 cup honey. So in this case I had about 8 quarts of topping I used about 4=5 cups of sugar and 1 1/2 cups of honey. Bring that mixture to boil and simmer it for about 30 min. to cook off some of the water. Then I added about 2 tsp. vanilla and 1 bag of small marshmallows. Then just put it in freezer jars and freeze it. Once the jars are thawed it only lasts a couple of weeks in the fridge so you have to use it up quick.
