Tim, first yes it should till a previous garden, as to "bogging" a couple things come to mind, I will say your pump on the tractor is fine due to the splitter working well as you lose psi before you will notice gpm which your tiller wants both of do you have hyd couplers on your tiller hoses? I have seen these cause too much restriction and I have went to no couplers, next what kind of oil do you have in the hyd syatem? I like 15wt-40wt dsl engine oil do not use hyd oil or atf also run engine wide open at all times when tilling I need to get your ops sent I also have a copy of the tiller ops as well
