Listening to the sweet sound of my 61 830 EH outside my window as the pto genny is up and running.
A very severe storm ripped thru right behind my house last eve at 4:15 PM flattening 3 PPL poles and leaving dozens up the back road without power. We went through the night but decided this AM to get hooked up as I have appts with the cardioligist and probably should at least take a shower lol. This must have been a very localized event just a few hundred feet wide as my home was not even touched with damage thankfully. It was so dark that it was scary and I was not extremely surprised we were without power, the wind was very severe and rain filled the downspouts at the shop, about a mile from my house.
