There is lots of info that you have left out, including what you have for a loader. That being said I will make some presumptions.You can remove the pressure hose from the pto pump and couple it into one of the the remote couplers. Then take the low pressure return hose and plug it into the other remote coupler. Presuming the internal pump is OK and you move the remote lever to pressurize the pump hose feeding your loader valve your loader should work. The loader may be much slower however, due to a smaller gpm pump. You will have to move the remote lever back to nutral, to operate the 3pt. If the tractor doesen't have a remote circuit, (you didn't say) you can tap into the 3pt circuit with a diverter valve, but you can use one or the other not both. This is just the basics.
