I headed out to the farm to install the eagle hitch cylynder that I rebuilt last week for my big 411.I found more Southern Illinois clay and type A hydrualic fluid embedded in the draw bar area and where the cylinder was positioned.I made the reservoir cover gasket from the tailgate of the truck.Wiping the grunge from the reservoir reminded me of the time Pastor John started his resto on his 49 SC.His tranny was a handfull.Cynthia would not even wash his coveralls:she just threw them out.But I digress. After putting the cover on I hit it with a little primer.,and boxed up my tools in the bed of the truck and headed home.I was distracted by my neighbor holding a Miller Lite.Rain followed after the second round,so I headed for cover. This morning I went o the truck to retrieve my manuals ,only to find my toolbox where I left it.TOOLS OF MY TRADE! It is with that that I ask for an opportunity to redeem my short sightedness.I leave my punishment in your hands.I accept what ever judgement that is handed down.By your leave .Chuck Machinist
