Ok, started the year getting my 400 running. It sat in the guarrage for bout 5 years for lack of funds to finnish it. this was it's first job.
Next I got this combine that is just like the one my dad had and used a lot when I was a kid. One of my first jobs was pulling the wagon around the field with our ford jubilee so dad could dump on the go. I even got to use it a bit this summer.
Then I got a chance to buy this 1160 combine this summer. I've always wanted one and this one came up so I jumped on it. Now I just need to get it home and operational. Can't wait to use it. Will still need a bean and pickup head too.
So what's on the list for this year? Already got one, dad's DC came home last week. Real excited bout that.
Also on the list for this year are the heads for the 1160 and getting it operational for harvest this fall. Would also like a 4-16s pull type plow to go with the 400, and maybe a 3-16s for the dc. Also going to try to gety the under carriage on the 310 crawler repaired and a dozer blade for it so I can use it to clear for my pole shed. That should be enough to keep me hoppin all year.
