I have to change the block heater on my 1390, it seems the block heater has the same year of the tractor 1983 and placed just behind the fuel line on left side. So, I take off a small nut (3/8 key)from a threaded shaft at the center of the block around one inches long. What I am suppose to do after, I have tried to turn the shaft, I have tried also to punch it without success. Help would be appreciated.
