I bought a replacement through the local auto parts store. I have a name and part number but I'm not sure I'm allowed to post it here. I painted the knob black and had to make a bushing for the bracket under the dash. I did have to put a lighter spring on the shutter assembly because I couldn't pull them all the way closed. You will also need a collar with a set screw to attach the control wire to the shutter assembly.
