I have had new rebuilds do this clutch pedal movement is critical as is hyd specs, does it make it better if the engine rpms are at 1000 rpms or so? you may need to adjust the rps needle valves also this is best done by some one familure with doing so, a "blinky Box" is not required for a person used to doing this, others will join in I am sure but most times I have found the clutch pedal stop and or cable adjust ment is the cause cnt
