VAC124 engine puts it 1948 or earlier, but 27724 is most likely 1945 - fyi tractor 1945 VAC4929773 had engine VAC124-27519; VAC4927347 had VAC124-24932. But unlike most case, motor number does not match tractor s/n so no way to tell for sure, even assuming its original engine. If yours is fixed wide front it is probably a VA or VAI - maybe VAO but less likely - VAC would have been tricycle or adjustable.
