Would like more pictures. It shows parallel linkage to lift but the square tube is missing. Instead there is a blue bar with a chain. It probably has a boot opener rather than the newer disc openers. The packer wheel drives the planter discs. The 4 plates are for 4 different seed sizes, such as MR SM MF LF etc. You have to figure out how to attach it to your tractor. It does not seem to have a snap coupler hitch Hope this helps a little.
