A Rosa master pump won't be on a Detroit. They're a common rail two stroke. Putting air pressure to the tank isn't a bad theory as was brought up before. There should be a blender on the pump body itself. I usually end out cracking all the lines at the injectors on a rosa master system. If you have someone to crank it and you tighten up the nuts one at a time as fuel bubbles out while the engine is cranking seems to work best in my experience. Either in excessive quantities works good to but kinda brutal. Lol
