Now that the PTO dropbox is off, leave the foot clutch back, throw the hand clutch forward and see if you can turn the engine with the hand crank. If not, you still have something jammed. Maybe the PTO drive gear in front of the wet clutch has broken teeth jammed with the intermediate gear.
If you can turn the engine, put the gear shift in neutral and pull the hand clutch back. With the hand crank, try to turn the engine. If not, you have trouble with the wet clutch or tranny input.
If any of this makes you nervous, pull the wires from the spark plugs.
