I don"t think they made as many 78s is why you find less info about them. We have one and really like it. The engagement "clutch" doesn"t work on ours. Was that way when we got it. Previous owners had drilled a hole thru the hub and shaft and we just stick a pin in there when raking. Have got pulleys and bearings for ours thru an industrial supplier. Don"t know if I can help with any parts, but I can send some photos if that would help you any. Good luck.
