A friend of mine did a very similar conversion to his B. By using an electric pusher fan on the front side of the radiator he did not need to lengthen his hood. however he did cut a hole in the top of the hood to allow the air cleaner to stick through. my friend drilled the original tractor flywheel to match the bolt pattern of the Chevy crank. This allowed him to also use the original tractor starter and beefed up tractor clutch. Due to the higher RPMs of the V8 I think a custom steel flywheel would be more prudent. Thanks for sharing your photos and keep us up to date on your progress. Kip
