Do you know it's the engine(foot) clutch? I'm assuming that's what you're asking about. The rod that goes forward from the foot clutch pedal into the housing is threaded into a block on the end of the clutch operating lever. You can un pin the back end, and turn the rod. However, if the internal adjustments already had the clutch lever back against the housing, you won't gain anything.
