I have an '88 that I bought new. It is absolutely amazing how much work that little tractor will do.
I have and regularly use the following attachments:
5' Woods M5 Rotary Mower - Everybody says it's too much mower for the tractor. Don't tell the tractor that. Mower is worn plumb out after 23 years, tractor is still going strong.
6' Deutz finish mower
Woods 650 3-point mounted backhoe - I did have to replace the transmission-to-rearend bolts and gasket after about 10 years. Running the hoe with just the 3 point hitch taking all the punishment IS hard on the tractor. If you want a hoe, consider a unit that includes a subframe.
5' Woods Landscaping Rake - I added a weight pan to help it cut better.
PATU DC40 Manual Feed Wood Chipper - I was leery of the manual feed aspect, but with a sharp knife, it sucks limbs in all by itself. I can start a stick and walk away to fetch another.
Pronovost 64" Snowblower - Yes, blowing snow without a cab or live PTO is a pain, but it still beats the heck out of shoveling, and it's better than plowing because you don't wind up with big piles of snow getting in your way.
American 24" Log Splitter - It has it's own PTO-driven hydraulic pump and works great. DO NOT dry to drive a splitter off tractor hydraulics, not enough flow, it'd be slower than molasses.
Front End Loader - If I could only have one attachment, this would be it. Handier than a pocket on a shirt. I built a subframe for it and have home-made snow plow and fork lift attachments.
Rear Blade - I originally bought the tractor with a front blade to plow snow. The tractor is too light to plow effectively and runs out of traction. (Chains might help) I farmer-engineered the blade part into a rear mount, power angle unit.
Howard HR6 Rototiller - A money maker in the spring. The tractor is small enough and light enough that you can get into most anywhere to till up a garden or a flower bed.
A no-name Post Hole Digger - Just be careful about digging too fast and screwing it into the ground. The hydraulics on the 3 point will NOT horse it out of the ground. Ask me how I know...
