I did one on my massey this past winter. Got the kit off Ebay for about $30. Only thing I didn't like was they supplied aluminum washers to seal injector lines. Had one leak and ended up putting the old copper washers back in that one.
I found these rebuild instructions online. Not quite exact, but it will get you through it. I didn't mess with any settings, I just took apart, cleaned and resealed it. I had parts sticking and wasn't pumping any fuel.
