I've had this same thread on the Farmall/IHC and Restoration Forums on this site with no actural responses so will try here. My Farmall 240 fuel tank is a mess with all the stuff inside the tank. I'm going to be removing it and want it cleaned throughly and correctly and will check with the local radiator shop before sending it elsewhere. It appears someone put in one of those liner kits without the proper preparation being done and it is flaking off everywhere. The tank where you can see where it has already shed is nice and bright and don't know why it was put in there to start with. Would appreciate some comments from anyone who has used these folks before as they advertise in every issue of the Red Power Magazine and probably other model specific publications. Thanks for any and all shared comments and suggestions, Hal.
