LeSeur is a real conundrum. Catches me and many in the area when if the ground is fit we should be planting corn.
If the weather is like you described on Sunday it is barely worth going. I have been there on Friday's and Saturdays with weather like that and the situation was about the same. Guys with everything covered up and others pulling out. Even if it is warm and sunny the last day is kinda a waste if you are in a buying mood. Everything is pretty well picked over.
My biggest gripe this year was the golf cart rental outfit. Last year I called ahead to reserve one and was told they don't do reservations any more and it is first come first served. Get there this year and they ask me my name and if I had a reservation. AAARRRGGGHHH. Wound up picking up a few pieces to haul stuff and buddy and I walked it.
