Jimmy, I also have a L59 Woods belly mower on my C A/C tractor. I found out from someone on 1 of these forums years ago you can go to the Woods website and get a parts drawing and how the belt should look after installation. According to the manual pics I printed off the internet from Woods, the belt should have a twist in it on the lower pulley of the mower. Try to get some info from Woods mower website. I too struggled with this same problem until I printed the manual for my own use. It is about 20-30 pages long. Very helpful information. Hope this helps. Kow Farmer
