i put my tires on the rims, put that valve cores in, and that was what was in them. but again mine r 27x12s aswell. my old tires, it depended on what i was doing that day, if i was just playing in the bush or going down the road, id have them about 6-8 psi, but when i was out in the mud, id drop them down to about 2-3psi.
