Some people are in such a hurry that they lose all sense of reason and responsibility, endangering everyone else on the road.
There used to be a woman that would pass me many mornings on the way to work.
She apparently was consistantly late for work, and would streak by everybody while looking up into the rearview mirror putting on makeup and brushing her hair.
When she would get caught by traffic and have to stop or slow down, she was just a flurry with her hair brush, eyebrow pencil, & lip stick.
I imagine she was quite a joke of the early morning crowd.
