I'm definitely NOT in favor of them.... I've gotten to be a strong believer that many things the law and lawmen do today are going to get people killed. Around here the sticker police like to set up their checkpoints in every imaginable blind hole and turn where you can't see them and can't get away. Trouble is... some day someone is going to roll in that didn't see them in ~time~. Part of me would love to see the popo involved in a good lawsuit when they do finally cause an accident with these checkpoints where someone is killed. There's simply no common sense in the world today, police included.
