I 380 through town on the S curves was always a raceway , wrecks every week . Now , slowed down , no wrecks . They work , they make money ,if you don"t break the law your fine . Each picture is reviewed by a Cedar Rapids law officer before ticket is issued . There is an appeal process. Heck ,they even nailed the mayors wife running a light .
