my question would be do they increase revenue for the city.for instance,my daughter got a warning in the mail a few months back from one of these deals. it went something like "on such and such a date you were observed by such and such a camera at such and such a time dumping ice out onto the road,but you did not drop the cup so no ticket was issued,however the fines for littering are blah blah blah"you get the point.how much did it cost for the city to send such a ridiculous thing out?did that increase revenue in any way?my biggest complaint is that they spend so much money on this crap,while we are driving on roads that are literally worse than some third world countries.I say fix the roads and bridges to make thm safe and then buy these with the money thats left,not the other way around.
