I can that you setting on a good foundation but what is holding those cross beams up. They look like they just butt up against the sill plate. I would have an expert look it over it could save you some money and an old house. Mine was built in 1871 remodeled in 1950 and a full foundation added at that time. But here in this part of the country we are plagued with unstable mud in winter and hard ground in the summer so it's hard to get all the doors to work at the same time. Walt
