Thanks for the replies to my original post. Now I have a new problem with the site. I got the password back so now when I log on to the JD parts homepage it comes up and stays up, complete with a message welcoming me and using my correct name.
Then when I click into the parts catalog it goes to the site, a few lines come up, then it clicks back out, only to click back in on it's own, then click back out. It'll do this for an eternity if I allow it to. It performs this same act on Marilyn's laptop too. The two computers are on a router. Maybe that's the kink in the works, I don't know. Like I said it works OK when I log in on my cellphone. I'm gonna unplug the router and start things back up again. I'll let ya know what happens. Jim
