Under the glove box is a wiring harness with about 10 wires. Turn your fan on, if nothing happens then wiggle the wiring harness (some times it takes quite a bit of wiggling). Chances are that will solve your problem. The connectors have a tendency to corrode over time. I have 2000 and 2006 Chevys, both have developed this problem and I've taken the connectors apart twice each to clean them thoroughly, which solves the problem for about a year, then it redevelops.
