The last time I ordered parts online.I Waited two days went to the dealer and ask for my parts.Lady at the counter told me they never check online orders!!! Told me I needed to come in to order.I ask her what good was it to have a web site and not utilize it!! Used to be a "local" dealer.Now this guy owns five dealerships in the Houston area.Wonder what mother deere would think of this!!
