Don't know anyone that has been able to plant in Central Illinois. A neighbor whom always seems to get some planted in late March or at least early April, has only tilled and sprayed a couple of fields. Going with beans this year after two years corn. Afraid I'll be competing with the corn folks for pre-plant spray applications and probably will lose. The earliest anyone could possibly plant around here is late next week.
