When ever it rains or is foggy or a lot of mosture in the air my 1999 chevy 5.7 motor won't start,it seem to flood.I can usualy get it started by pulling plugs and clearing fuel out but not today' put in new plgs changed dist. cap still no go,have spark and fuel i am a lost any help would be appreciated I know this is a little o t but i do haul my tractors with this truck and ia'm sure some one must had the same problem RALPH
