He is going to be in Walter Reed for the next week. Then he should be able to come home to complete his recovery. He could have come home any way. His Vietnamese adopted Aunt has already cleared her schedule to watch over his care. (She is a full MD ) He will wish for a drill Sargent by the time she is done with him. LMAO I know this first hand. She has taken over my health care the last several years.
He is already talking about getting back in shape to return to his unit. I can understand that. I served extra tours just some my unit stayed together and did not get some green butter bar. Have seen too many of them get good soldiers killed.
