Kids did that to me years ago. Flushed a stub pencil that caught at the top of the trap. Longer wouldn't have gone, shorter would have gon thru. After lots of cleaning and cusssing, finally pulled the stool and was going to take a sledge to it. I found the problem, reinstalled the stool, adjusted the attitiudes of three boys and solved the problem!
