There are people that will not respond to a phone number. I for one am like that as I have a hearing problem and as much as I would like to be able to have a conversation on the phone it will not happen. Had 2 sets of hearing aids and when working before they quit they could not be used with a phone, phone will make them go crazy. Not going to buy more as I am getting along without them. But phone use is out so if there is no alternate way to contact I say they are not interested in selling. Also as I buy items for others that have no internet access or phone access or electricity I need to be able to print out the reply to be able to hand them a piece of paper so they know the details without me forgeting them.
