ALso, pay attention to your hardener mixing ratio. Err on the light side, too much and it will harden in the cup in a few minutes.
Use through away cups/bowls to mix for easy clean up and use asetone(nail polish remover) to get the stuff off your tools ans hands when done.
I have repaired my camper, window frames and tractor steering wheel with the stuff.
Another trick I picked up is to use plastic wrap to help form as it starts to get stiff (clay like) you can for the shape an leaving the plastic in place as it hardens will leave a smooth finish. - This is for thicker applications like what I used it for.
