You should should see her running around the perimeter of the fence. She's always on guard and is only 11 months old.
Her parents were the same way when we went to look at her. They smelled our hand and I talked to them and they seem to sense their pups wasn't in any danger. When we handled their pups they just stood by and watched. I even took pictures of them. When we decided on the pup to buy the parents came up to the gate and seem to say goodbye to their pup.
