for double ring chains, 7 ring cross chains will work on 11.2, 9 ring cross chains will work for any of the sizes you mentioned. as far as length, i have added a few links to the side chains if they were a little short, and one time, spliced a set and a half together when i bought 9 ring chains from 28" tires to use on 38" tires. i found a second set with the same number of cross rings and cut one of the chains in half to lengthen the first set.
