Well, winter is officially over, I hope. Yeaterday we had 87.9 degrees, todday back in the mid 40"s, and windy... So today, I finally got things arranged so I could start disking a field to break up the sod prior to moldboard plowing. Going to plants oats/alfalfa, need to get it in as soon as I can get the field prepped. I"m still frozen through even after spending an hour in the house - open station tractor. Haven"t seen anybody else out tilling yet - think they"re waiting for soil to dry down a bit more. Mine"s fairly light, and I got away with it on this field. Couple places were a bit "iffy."
