Be-Ge was a multi line Mfg. of machinery not tractors.They produced different versions of belly scrapers and mated them with industrial versions of ag.tractors to produce a self propelled earth mover.In 1952 they were bought out by Oliver corp.The deal with Oliver started when the 99 Oliver was in production and ended under Oliver ownership with the industrial version of the 1955 I think.Your tractor although highly unlikely could be an old 2 wheel scraper tractor some one reinstalled a front end under.Or it may be one of the sterrable 4 wheel tow units some of these scrapers came as. If you could post a picture it might help with identification. Ask on the Oliver board ,some one there will have an answer.
